CleanStart™
Thirty days of the real service, run for your team, at no cost to the property.

INTRODUCTION
Before wrinsy goes live, your team uses it first, exactly as residents will. A new service gets approved, it shows up, and your team is left figuring out what it means for their day. Nobody asked them. It just appeared, and now it’s your job to make it work. CleanStart is built specifically to fix that. Your team uses the actual service, daily pickup, professional cleaning, next-day return, for 30 days, exactly as residents will. Your staff participate, your Lead Evaluator monitors, and at the end you have real feedback from real people before any rollout decision is made.

A trial implies something temporary that ends and gets forgotten. CleanStart is designed to give you honest operational signal, so by the end, you know whether this service fits your property because your own team told you it does.
WHAT CLEANSTART ACTUALLY IS
A 30-day, staff-only service experience that generates real feedback before any rollout decision is made. CleanStart is a 30-day program where your property staff, not residents, use the wrinsy service exactly as residents would. Each day, they place their laundry in the secure wrinsy box outside their door or at a lobby pickup spot, and wrinsy handles pickup, cleaning, and next-day return. Nothing is required from your operations team. Staff provide quick, one-tap feedback through the app, no forms, no meetings. A Lead Evaluator receives moment-based summaries of how the service is performing and where momentum is heading.
CLEANSTART IS
- A real-world, fully operational service experience
- Staff-only
- 30 days, but your team usually knows before then
- The same pickup route, cleaning standard, and delivery window residents will experience
- Your team’s feedback shapes whether it moves forward, not a sales pitch
- Backed by a 30-day opt-out on all agreements, for both parties
CLEANSTART IS NOT
- A trial that ends and gets forgotten
- A demonstration or curated showcase
- A sales presentation dressed up as an evaluation
- A pilot with artificial conditions
- Something your team needs to manage
- A commitment to anything beyond the 30 days
WHO PARTICIPATES AND WHO DOES NOT
CleanStart is staff-only by design. Keeping residents out until the full rollout means your team can evaluate honestly, without managing a resident experience at the same time.
WHO PARTICIPATES
CleanStart is designed specifically for property staff, including:
- Property Managers
- Maintenance Teams
- Leasing Staff
- On-site Operational Team Members
Anyone who works at the property and can give an honest read on how the service fits into daily operations is a good fit.
WHO DOES NOT PARTICIPATE
Residents. Not because the service is not ready for them, but because your team should be able to evaluate it without managing a resident experience at the same time. Residents come at full rollout, when the property already knows how it runs.
This separation is intentional. Staff feedback is candid in a way that resident feedback rarely is; there’s no social pressure to over-praise or hold back, and that’s what makes it useful. The recommended participant size is up to 10 staff members, enough to get a clear picture without adding coordination overhead. More is fine. Ten is the sweet spot.
WHAT YOUR TEAM DOES AND WHAT THEY DON'T
Your team's role is intentionally small. A few simple actions, and wrinsy handles the rest.

Your team does not manage CleanStart. They experience it. That is the entire design.
WHAT YOUR TEAM DOES
- Place the secure wrinsy box outside their door before the pickup window
- One tap of feedback in the wrinsy app after their first delivery
- Opt out at any point, with no obligation to continue if something is not working
- Two quick check-ins over the 30 days, timed to when feedback matters most
- Attend a pre-launch call, a 30-minute planning session before the first pickup
WHAT YOUR TEAM DOESN'T DO
- Coordinate pickups or deliveries
- Train anyone on how to use the service
- Answer laundry questions from staff
- Track participation or follow up on feedback
- Manage any equipment
THE LEAD EVALUATOR: THE MOST IMPORTANT ROLE IN CLEANSTART
Every CleanStart has a Lead Evaluator. It is the most important role in the program, and the most commonly misunderstood. The Lead Evaluator is not a manager overseeing CleanStart. They are the person whose opinion drives what happens next.
The Lead Evaluator is not a participant. They don’t set out laundry or appear in the pickup schedule. Their job is to monitor how the program is going, receive updates from wrinsy at the right moments, and ultimately decide whether to move to a full rollout. Someone who uses the service has a natural bias toward the outcome they want. The Lead Evaluator sees the full picture without that bias. It is usually whoever is responsible for whether wrinsy stays, long-term.
THE EVALUATOR AND THE PARTICIPANT CANNOT BE THE SAME PERSON. THAT SEPARATION IS WHAT MAKES THE FEEDBACK HONEST.

HOW WRINSY KEEPS YOU IN THE LOOP
You will not hear from wrinsy on a schedule. You hear from us when something worth saying has happened.

Five emails across CleanStart. Not weekly check-ins, not operational updates. Each one arrives because something real happened: your team responded, the service settled in, or the picture came together. Never because the calendar said so.

HOW CLEANSTART LEADS TO A FULL CONTRACT
When your team is ready, the process is simple. wrinsy follows the signal, not the calendar.

HOW THE DECISION HAPPENS
The decision happens when your team is ready, not when 30 days are up. When your staff are using the service, responding positively, and your Lead Evaluator sees a clear picture, wrinsy starts a conversation about what comes next.

A CONVERSATION, NOT A CLOSE
The question is never “Are you ready to sign?” It is always: “Based on what your team is saying, this is usually when properties start planning rollout.” There is no pressure because there does not need to be. By the time this conversation happens, your team has already told you the answer.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT IS SIMPLE
When you’re ready to move forward, the process takes about ten minutes. A quick review of your numbers, confirm the signer, and DocuSign handles the rest. The full contract includes a 30-day opt-out for both parties, so you can move quickly without feeling locked in.
WHY PROPERTIES CHOOSE TO VALIDATE WRINSY
Your team experiences it first. Their feedback drives the decision. That’s the entire model.
Most property managers have been asked to implement something without being consulted first. CleanStart is the opposite. Your team uses the service before any decision is made. Their feedback shapes whether it moves forward. By the time a decision is on the table, you already know what your staff thinks, because they told you.
The goal was never to sell your team on something. It was to let your team tell you whether it works, and then make your decision from there.
