THE VISIBILITY GAP OWNERS FACE

A quiet apartment building lobby and corridor

Most amenities disappear the moment they go in. You approve them, they get installed, and from then on, the only time you hear about them is when something breaks. So, when owners look at a service running inside their building every single day, the hesitation almost always lands in the same place.

“How do I know it’s actually working?”

It’s a fair question, because the usual sources of reassurance aren’t there. The service runs on its own, so there’s nothing to watch. Performance sits with a vendor rather than with the property. The first real signal that something slipped is usually a resident complaint, which arrives long after you could have done anything about it. And when ownership wants a recap on how it’s all going, someone must stop and go build the answer.

With most amenities, no news is the only news. You find out it stopped working when someone tells you it did. CleanPulse was built so that’s never how you find out.

WHAT CLEANPULSE DOES

No chasing updates. Just a clear view of how the service is performing.

CleanPulse is the property’s window into a service that otherwise runs quietly in the background. Everything wrinsy measures across a day, every pickup, every delivery, every resident interaction, becomes one clear picture of how the amenity is performing, waiting for you the moment you open it.

That picture does four things at once:

  • It shows you how residents are using the service, week to week
  • It surfaces the few things that need your attention, in the order that matters
  • It closes the loop, so you can see the building is being taken care of
  • It captures every detail, so ownership sees the numbers that matter

The property doesn’t monitor the service. CleanPulse does.

KNOW YOUR DRIVER

The same face every day, and a way to say thank you.

The first thing CleanPulse shows you is the person doing the work. Your driver’s name, how long they have been with wrinsy, and a direct line if you ever need one. Your building sees the same driver every day, and when they are great, you should get to say so.

GIVE KUDOS

Give Kudos sends that recognition straight to the person who earned it, not to a suggestion box. Great communication with residents. Careful and respectful with the property. Goes above and beyond. Pick the one that fits, add a note if you like, and it reaches them. It takes about fifteen seconds, and it means a lot.

SHARE FEEDBACK

Share Feedback works the other way. It goes to wrinsy’s management team rather than to the driver directly, and it shapes the next visit. Either way, the loop closes with the people actually serving your building, and the standard stays high because the moments that deserve recognition get it.

A TUESDAY AT MAPLE COURT

What this looks like for property staff.

240Units
2Items for Sarah
90 secondsTotal time

Sarah manages Maple Court, two hundred and forty units, and laundry is the last thing she wants to think about on a Tuesday morning. She opens the wrinsy app with her coffee, and CleanPulse shows her the two things that need her attention today. Everything else, the wrinsy team is already handling.

The first thing she sees is Marcus, her driver, the same face the building has seen every morning for three years. Below him, her residents: 85 percent of the building used wrinsy this week, five items are open, and five were closed. Most of the open ones are already in motion with the wrinsy team. Two are waiting with her name on them. Not two alarms, just two things, quietly flagged. She can tell at a glance that the building is fine.

One of them is a resident in 312 who hasn’t used the service in two weeks, after using it every day for three months. It’s the kind of quiet drop-off she’d never have caught on her own, so she opens it and taps Ask wrinsy to Follow Up. The team will check in with 312 on the next visit, just to make sure everything is okay. The other is a box that reported a problem overnight. When she opens it, the whole story is already there, when it was flagged, what wrinsy did about it, and that a replacement is on the way. She reads both, acknowledges them, and moves on. The whole thing took ninety seconds.

Before she closes the app, she taps Give Kudos on Marcus. Last week he handled a tricky situation in the breezeway without anyone having to ask. Careful and respectful with the property. One tap, and it reaches him.

That afternoon her regional director calls and asks how the residents are liking wrinsy. A year ago, that question meant an email to the vendor and a two-day wait. Today Sarah just reads it off the screen: most of the building is using it every week, every open item is being tracked to resolution, and the two that needed her are already handled. The call lasts a minute, and she sounds like someone completely on top of her building, because she is.

She never coordinated a pickup. She never managed the driver. She never built a report. She just knew. That’s the whole point of CleanPulse.

BUILT TO BE QUIET

Present when you want it. Silent when you don’t.

CleanPulse is built to sit quietly until it has a reason not to. The handful of things that actually need you sit right at the top, not twenty-five notifications fighting for attention, just the few that matter, the ones that need a decision or a nudge from you. Some days everything runs in the background and there is nothing waiting at all. Some days a couple of items are there to keep you in the loop. Either way, a quiet CleanPulse does not mean nothing is happening. It means the wrinsy team is in the background, handling every detail before it ever reaches you.

And on the rare day something needs your attention, the kind of thing that becomes chaos if it is missed, you are notified immediately. It jumps straight to the top so you can handle it early and quietly, long before it grows into something bigger. It arrives with everything you need and the actions ready: call the resident, ask wrinsy to follow up, or escalate to priority response. Once you act, the status updates as it resolves, so you can watch it move from reported to closed without chasing anyone for an update.

HOW IT WORKS

A daily service, running in the background.

01

THE SERVICE RUNS

Every pickup, delivery, and box open is captured automatically as it happens, all tracked inside the wrinsy app.

02

THE SYSTEM TRACKS

The intelligence behind CleanPulse follows every pickup and every resident’s rhythm continuously, so what you see is always current and accurate.

03

IMPORTANT ITEMS SURFACE

When something needs your attention, it rises to the top, sorted so the most important things are always first.

04

EVERYTHING IN ONE VIEW

Every resolution and trend is easy to reach, so the data that matters is one tap away.

Four steps, and nothing for your property staff to own. Your team gets a clear view of the amenity in seconds, not three phone calls later.

WHAT OWNERSHIP SEES

The data that matters, already there when you need it.

Because every item is logged the moment it happens, ownership can see how wrinsy is performing at any time. When a portfolio review comes around, the numbers are simply there, not in a spreadsheet someone stayed late to assemble, but in the system that was capturing them all along. When ownership wants the details, it’s ready on demand.

  • Weekly resident usage, and how it trends over time
  • Every case opened and resolved, with its full history attached
  • Kudos and feedback on the drivers serving the property

COMMON QUESTIONS

01Do residents see CleanPulse?
No. CleanPulse is for your property staff only, and residents never see it. The resident experience lives entirely in the wrinsy app, where they set preferences and follow their laundry. CleanPulse is the behind-the-scenes view your property team uses to keep everything running smoothly.
02Is this another system my team has to manage?
No. There is nothing to install, nothing to configure, and nothing to maintain. Access is set up for you by the wrinsy Cares Team, and from there CleanPulse simply runs, tracking the service and surfacing what needs your attention.
03What happens when something is wrong?
CleanPulse shows every item the wrinsy team is already tracking, so your property staff are always in the loop. Most of what appears is informational, the small things wrinsy is quietly handling in the background. And when something more important genuinely needs a decision from the property team, the app surfaces it to your staff right away, with the actions ready: call the resident, ask wrinsy to follow up, or escalate to priority response. Once you act, you can watch it move to resolution.
04Who on my team gets access?
All staff associated with the property. Access is role-based and granted by the wrinsy Cares Team, so only the right people see CleanPulse. If someone new takes over the building, they are set up the same way, and when someone leaves, their access is removed. You never have to manage a login list.

THE GOAL OF CLEANPULSE™

A residential community entrance at sunset

Confidence that the service is working, without the work of checking.

Most amenities ask you to trust that they’re performing and then let you find out the hard way when they’re not. CleanPulse was built to close that gap. It takes a service that runs quietly out of sight and makes its performance something you can see at a glance, speak to with confidence, and hand up to ownership without a second thought.

You don’t need to watch the service to trust it. You just need to be able to see it.
